Sara Udow
Sara is currently in her first year of the joint MA program in Communication and Culture at York and Ryerson Universities. She is currently a Graduate Assistant to Janine Marchessault. After completing her bachelor degree at Queen’s University in Political Studies and International Development in 2008, she lived and worked at Fudan University and the Canadian Consulate in Shanghai, China. At Fudan University, she taught and researched the changing political, social and cultural climate within Shanghai since the onset of globalization. Her research included examining ways in which new art districts are transforming public spaces in Shanghai.
